Sonoma Rises app for iPhone and iPad

In the last several years Northern California has experienced devastating and historic wildfires. Sonoma Rises is designed for anyone who was impacted by these events. The mission is to help impacted individuals build resilience and increase their well-being following the wildfires. The app is free, available in English and Spanish, and helps connect users with free and local mental health care services. Users can access customized tools to help cope with stress, heal from loss, prioritize self-care, connect with others, manage anger, and track their mood. There are also tools designed just for teens. Sonoma Rises hopes to serve as a model for other communities recovering from disaster. Together, we will rise.
